THE ESTATE

Casa Balena unfolds across 1.7 acres of landscaped grounds, with approximately 18,000 square feet of constructed space, intentionally distributed between refined interior volumes and expansive outdoor living areas. Terraces, gardens, shaded lounges, and open-air gathering spaces are integral to the architecture, allowing daily life to flow naturally between indoors and outdoors.

The estate is designed to feel open and generous, yet deeply private—ideal for multi-generational families and groups seeking both togetherness and quiet retreat.

At the heart of the home lies its defining feature: a 37-meter whale-shaped infinity pool, seamlessly integrated into the architecture and landscape.
